Terms of Use — CupFaces

CupFaces is a recreational and social environment built specifically for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Platform services, as well as the validity of sticker balances, teams, and scores, may be ended or suspended after the event concludes (July 2026).

• This is not a betting platform. There are no real financial winnings.
• Points, stickers, and achievements have no monetary value.

Minimum age and legal capacity

CupFaces is not directed at children. To create an account and use the platform, you must be at least thirteen (13) years old.

If you are between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) years old, you declare that you have authorization from your parents or legal guardians to use the platform.

To purchase sticker packs (financial transactions), you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or complete the purchase under the supervision and financial responsibility of a responsible adult. CupFaces reserves the right to ban accounts of users under thirteen (13) years of age.

To use CupFaces, you must:

• Provide truthful information and keep your details up to date.
• Be responsible for use of your account.

During initial sign-up you provide your display name for identification. You may also upload a profile photo. Both will be public to other members within teams on the platform.

Uploading photos containing nudity, violence, offensive content, hate speech, or third-party copyrighted images you do not own is strictly prohibited.

CupFaces uses digital stickers as an internal, consumable resource to create teams and invite users.

Stickers may be earned for free or acquired through purchase.

⚠️ Stickers have no real financial value, do not earn interest, and cannot be converted or withdrawn as cash.

You may purchase sticker packs through payment.

A full refund may be requested within 7 days of purchase, provided the purchased balance has not been used.

If your current balance at the time of the request is lower than the total balance recorded immediately after purchase, the digital pack is deemed partially consumed, which prevents a refund, as provided under applicable consumer protection law (Brazil).

Because the platform is tied to live events, it may experience slowdowns or instability from unexpected traffic spikes. The CupFaces team works on a “best effort” basis to restore service quickly; such temporary instability does not constitute a failure to provide the service.

CupFaces offers a points system for recreational purposes only. Points cannot be converted into money, and rankings are for friendly competition only.

Users may invite others via a shareable link. Recipients may accept to join the team or ignore the invite; after joining, they may leave the team at any time.

The following is not allowed:

• Misuse, fraud, or attempts to compromise the platform.
• Unsolicited mass invites (spam).
• Harassment, insults, or abusive behavior toward other users.

CupFaces may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, deactivate, suspend, or permanently delete accounts suspected of misuse, fraud, violation of these terms, or behavior harmful to the community. Accounts banned for violations are not entitled to sticker refunds.

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the changes.

These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of João Pessoa, Paraíba, Brazil, are elected to settle any disputes arising from this document, with express waiver of any other venue, however privileged it may be.
